Randy's men arrived ahead of schedule, had some good small talk,they surveyed the issue at hand,Randy showed up with the new water tank,by this time they had the old one out,very professional, very indeapth on their work,the young apprentice they had was very knowledgeable, these guys are going to be my "go to plumbers"at the end of the job Randy discussed our furnace issues, we talked about cracked heat exchangers, I would recommend Randy and his men to anyone that needs plumbing and heating jobs done!....RICHARD AND BONNIE HANISHEWSKI

Contacted one of the owners of the company, Randy, who came out the same day and fixed the issue with my furnace. This is the second time he has been very helpful to get me out of a bind with my failing furnace. He actually noticed with the first call, an issue with my sewer system and made a recommendation to fix it. He assisted with a concern I did not initially contact him for. This time he provided options for a solution to the issue plaguing my old furnace, which we ended up replacing.
